Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as Britten Ave Water System Consolidation Project. The components of the Project, to be funded by the State Water Resources Control Board, include pre-design activities such as surveying, geotechnical investigations including subsurface boring, and permitting. The proposal also involves the preparation of plans and specifications during the design phase, and the development of environmental documentation. The objective of the eventual construction project is to extend water mains to provide clean drinking water to a community of approximately 30 homes.
