Document Description
Richmond LP proposes to refurbish portions of the existing city sidewalk, curb and gutter and driveway located along 1129 Sepulveda Boulevard and within Caltrans right-of-way along State Route 1 – Pacific Coast Highway at Post Mile (PM) 22.917, as well as to perform traffic control activities in the City of Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles County. Richmond LP is requesting a temporary encroachment permit to access Caltrans right-of-way along SR-1 – Pacific Coast Highway at PM 22.917 to complete the abovementioned work, as well as to perform traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 24-inches, a maximum width of 70.8-inches and a length of 19.4 linear feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
