Document Description
The proposed project consists of a request for a Single Parcel Permit and Building Permit to construct a 16-unit housing community with support services for unhoused Transitional Aged Youth as allowed by California Assembly Bill No. 2162 (AB 2162). The community would be located on an approximately 0.65-acre vacant portion of a 2.10-acre church property located at 5305 Kirker Pass Road in the PD-1185 (Planned Development Ordinance No. 01-1185) District. The PD-1185 District is regulated by Ordinance No. 91-1020 adopted by the City Council on November 4, 1991. Pursuant to the ordinance, the zoning designation follows that of the Medium-Density Residential (RM) District.
