Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-SOL-57176-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Gina Romani, Collinsville Levee District, CLD. The project is limited to any maintenance activity including, but not limited to, any routine maintenance activity that is funded by the Delta Levees Program or its successor, as described in Section 12987 of the California Water Code. In summary, activities which are considered “routine” include: clearing of debris and vegetation from water control devices, repair of existing water control devices, repairing levees and adding rip rap, vegetation control, removal of encroachments from the levee, rodent control, repairing and shaping the levee crown, and repairs of patrol and access roads.
