Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-ALA-58350-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jane Flint. The project is limited to the excavation, removal and replacement of a failed section of driveway and outdoor patio terrace at a private residence, replacement in-kind of an associated storm drain inlet to the City of Berkeley’s storm drain system, and the post-construction remediation of the project area. No trees will be removed or altered as a result of project activities. Remediation activities will include landscaping and revegetation with native species, and will increase the daylighted length of Marin Creek by an additional 15 linear feet.
