Document Description
The objective of this project is to reconstruct a failed and deteriorating alley by removing the existing asphalt concrete and base and replacing with new Portland cement concrete. In addition to the street resurfacing work, sidewalk curb ramps will be added or replaced to meet ADA compliance.
