The project involves expanding the existing China Wall Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) and Over Snow Vehicle Staging Area (China Wall) by 61,200 square feet to provide for approximately 24 vehicle/trailer combinations, and to construct 6 reroutes that would replace 4.5 miles of existing unsustainable trail in the Sugar Pine OHV trail system on Loop 5 (T15N, R11E, Sec. 10, 11, 13, & 14) and Loop 6 (T15N, R11E, Sec. 25, 35, & 36).
