David Avenue Ventures, LLC. proposes the correction of a Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) block privacy wall by removing it from any and all areas of encroachment onto CALTRANS property along Interstate (I-)10 at Post Mile (PM) 9.3 – Fairfax Avenue offramp and placing it back onto private property locations only at 5841 W David Avenue in the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. David Avenue Ventures, LLC. is requesting a temporary encroachment permit to access Caltrans right-of-way along I-10 at PM 9.3 to complete the above-mentioned work. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 28-inches, a maximum width of 36-inches, and a maximum length of 170-linear feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
