In coordination with the Department of Water Resources (DWR), Stockton East Water District (Applicant) is proposing to divert flood water flows from Farmington Dam to underground storage and ultimately municipal and irrigation uses within the Eastern San Joaquin Groundwater Subbasin. This dam is a United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) flood control facility that regulates peak flows on Rock Creek.
