The City of Burbank, Water and Power is executing a Power Sales Agreement (PSA) with the Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA) to purchase 13.3% (40MW out of 300MW) of the renewable energy expected to be produced from the Milford Solar Phase II (MS2) project. The project is expected to reach commercial operations between January 1, 2027, and January 1, 2028.
