Document Description
The City of Folsom, in consultation with the California Department of Water Resources, Division of Safety of Dams, has determined that the upstream and downstream valves at the Willow Hill Reservoir dam have reached the end of their serviceable life and require rehabilitation and replacement. The project would replace the upstream slide gate valve structure and the downstream isolation valve, install a raised landing and gate operator infrastructure at the top of the dam, and place rip rap and armoring on a portion of the upstream face of the dam. No construction is proposed on the outfall pipe located south of the dam.
