Document Description
Groundwater recharge to divert water from ephemeral drainages when State Board flow criteria have been met between December 1 - March 15. Check structures placed in ephemeral drainages at PODs 3a, 3b, and 4a will each retain approximately less than 1 cfs when 90/20 flow criteria allow for diversion. Each POD will have a max allotment of 211 acre-feet. Diversions may occur from December 1st to March 14th to support GDEs
