Document Description
The project consists of tenant improvements to meet programmatic needs in alignment with the return to office directive. Also, two existing rooms will be upgraded into conference rooms to accommodate staff and public audience. The project will add and upgrade various systems for the proposed conference rooms including new audio video equipment and structural supports, electrical power, HVAC, fire sprinkler and alarm, security systems, accessibility devices and signage, and involve associative activities such as minor carpentry, mounting, patching, painting, and repairing walls. The project will improve the aesthetic, acoustical, accessibility, and functional aspects of the shared conference rooms in the East End Complex's 1615 and 1616 Capitol Avenue buildings.
