The Project proposes to subdivide the 19.58-acre site into a 120-lot single-family residential subdivision including a stormwater retention park/pond. Proposed infrastructure improvements also include extension of public streets and utilities for the proposed homes. The proposed residential development would complement and provide street interconnectivity with the planned residential development to the west. The Project would help address the need for housing within the City and region, and is located within an area of the City that is currently zoned and designated for residential land uses.
