Document Description
The project is the design/engineering of approximately three (3) miles of Class I trails within the Folsom Plan Area Mangini Ranch development and preparation of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Construction of all phases of the Mangini Ranch development are currently underway. Mangini Ranch development construction includes the rough grading of the planned trails. However, trail completion is not part of the developer’s responsibility. The trails alignment through this new residential development were approved as part of the FPASP and Mangini Ranch development project approvals. Project deliverables include (per city specifications): Minimal grading of aggregate base (AB) for paving preparation; paving minimum 2" asphalt concrete (AC); 2' to 4' shoulders on both sides of the trail, per city specifications; and trail striping.
