The project would be located withing the Single-Family Residential land use category and the project includes import and placement of fill materials to preserve potential cultural resources in place. The project would not result in potentially significant environmental impacts associated with its location, cumulative impacts, scenic highways, hazardous waste sites, historical resources, or otherwise have the potential to result in a significant effect.
