Document Description
Caltrans proposes to replace, add, and upgrade the High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) signage on US-101 in Sonoma County from post mile R0.0 to 29.4. The existing HOV informational signs in the project area will soon be outdated and need to be replaced to reflect the new HOV lane hours of operation and comply with current safety standards. Work will include replacing existing signs with new ones and installing new signs using the strap and saddle bracket method. All work will remain within Caltrans right of way on the existing paved roadway. Equipment will be staged within Caltrans right of way in areas absent of vegetation.
