Document Description
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an appeal filed regarding the Zoning Administrator’s approval on February 20, 2025, of the Minor Use Permit Modification (PLN25-00003) for McGuire’s Sports Bar and Grill. The appeal specifically addresses the modification of Condition 1 of the Final Conditions of Approval for the establishment’s Minor Use Permit and Design Review (PLN23-00218). The modification sought to extend the hours of operation to 2:00 a.m. for special community events and holidays, including but not limited to St. Patrick’s Day and New Year’s Eve. Currently, the Minor Use Permit allows the establishment to remain open until 2:00 a.m. only on Fridays and Saturdays, and until 12:00 a.m. from Sunday through Thursday.
