Document Description
The City of Redding (City) proposes to conduct ongoing general maintenance and repair activities at City facilities. As required to provide continuous service and protect the health and safety of the public, maintenance and repair activities will be conducted on City buildings, structures, mechanical equipment, fences/gates, and property. Work will involve interior and exterior building/structure repair, flooring, boarding up houses for Code Enforcement, electrical work, servicing wells and lift stations, pouring concrete, plumbing, installing and modifying employee furniture,
maintaining tube system, painting, fence and gate installation/repair, and access road repair.
