Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MEN-52472-R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Victor Hollister, representing the Sanhedrin Timber Company. The Project is limited to four (4) encroachments to construct an access road with new culverted stream crossings within the same unnamed tributary to Mill Creek. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
