Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SCR-46568-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Eric Bushnell.
The project is limited to the replacement of seven culverts and the installation of three rocked dips and two temporary Humboldt crossings as denoted in the approved 1-23-00165-SCR “Bushnell” Timber Harvest Plan (THP). One culvert (X7), one rocked dip (X6) and the temporary Humboldt crossings (X16 and X17) involve unnamed Class II watercourses. The remaining six culverts (X1, X2, X5, X13, X14 and X15) and two rocked dips (X8 and X11) involve unnamed Class III watercourses.
