This Categorical Exemption refers to “Replacement or Reconstruction,” which consists of “replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities where the new structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced.” CEQA Guidelines Section 15302 is applicable for this project because the Project involves the removal of existing diesel and gasoline dispensers, and installation of new dispensers located on the same site.
