The project consists of replacing the existing roof and gutter system on the existing Hangar A building located on the Airport property located at 2000 Airport Road in Napa, CA. Specifically the project will involve the removal and replacement of the existing roofing materials and gutters which are old and in need of replacement. The roof will be replaced with fresh roofing materials and replacement gutter units will be installed as well. No trees or vegetation will be impacted by the proposed project.

exemptions under the California Environmental Quality Act- CEQA Guidelines Class 1: Existing Facilities section 15301 - this consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or
private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use. The project, involving the replacement of the existing roof and gutter system, is a minor alteration
of existing facilities involving no expansion of the existing use. Overall, the proposed improvements would help maintain the existing facility and are consistent with the aforementioned exemption.
