Reasons for Exemption

existing public structures and facilities. The Power Plant facility will undergo general maintenance over the course of fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027; however, the maintenance activities will result in negligible or no expansion of use. The action areas are within previously disturbed areas and do not have significant values for wildlife habitat or other environmental resources and the project has no potential to have a significant effect on the environment.
