The proposed project is a Major Modification of a Use Permit and Architecture and Site Approval (ASA), and Grading Approval for the expansion of the existing Thousand Trails Recreational Vehicle (RV) Park to include 44 RV spaces on a vacant 7.1-acre parcel (Assessor's Parcel Number: 756-43-024). The proposed project includes a lot line adjustment to combine both properties in order to allow access from Uvas Road. The project also includes the construction of a 1,401 square foot (sq. ft.) restroom with showers and other minor improvements.
