Document Description
The Project will consist of approximately up to 10,000 SF of cannabis cultivation in four (4) 30' x 96' greenhouse for mature canopy and two (2) 25'x 96' greenhouse of immature canopy. Other supporting infrastructure include a 20'x40' storage container for harvest storage (15'x40') and Pesticide/Chemical Storage (3'x5'); and five (5) 2,500- gallon and three (3) 5,000-gallon state storage tanks. Water will be supplied by a permitted onsite groundwater well; the project is connected to an electrical grid through Trinity PUD; and a permitted septic on the adjoining parcel (APN 015-420-030) shared with CCL-312 will serve the project's wastewater needs. Proposed activities include the installation of additional water tanks in the existing water tank staging area (approx. (2) 2,500-gallon and two (2) 5,000-gallon or more water storage tanks if needed), an additional 15'x15' compost area as well as one (1) 30'x96' greenhouse for immature canopy on previously disturbed area with no tree removal.

Reasons for Exemption
The Department of Cannabis Control has determined that the project is consistent with the local jurisdiction community plan and/or zoning designations. CEQA mandates that the project is consistent with the development density established by existing zoning, community plan, or general plan policies for which an EIR was certified and shall not require additional environmental review, except as might be necessary to examine whether there are project-specific significant effects which are peculiar to the project or its site. The project activity fits within the parameters included in CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 and the activity does not require additional CEQA analysis.
