Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number ELD-50553-R2, pursuant to Section
1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Ski Run Boat Company.
The project is limited to maintenance dredging to remove up to 750 cubic yards of
accumulated sands and sediment within the Ski Run Marina channel to achieve the approved
maintenance depth of 6,219 feet Lake Tahoe Datum. Maintenance dredging will be conducted
with a long reach excavator positioned on a temporary steel work platform.
