Document Description
The Surfliner Inn Project (Project) is a proposed development that would include a commercial hotel and public improvements. The hotel would be developed and operated on an approximately 1.15-acre site located at 499 Linden Avenue. The Project would include a separate public parking lot on an approximately 1.27-acre property at 399 Linden Avenue. The new two-story (up to a height of 37.1-feet) hotel would consist of 36 guest rooms, a manager’s unit, café, visitor center, and a roof-top bar/lounge/event space and swimming pool area. The Project would include 28,235 square feet of landscaped areas and a total of 139 vehicular parking spaces. The parking areas would operate under a conjunctive parking arrangement, which would accommodate parking for hotel guests, hotel employees, and the general public.
