Section 15162 Subsequent EIRS and Negative Declarations
Reasons for Exemption
No substantial changes are proposed as part of the project. The previously adopted 2010 Mitigated Negative Declaration (Environmental Assessment 10-4-494) analyzed environmental impacts associated with up to 950 units. The applicant is subdividing the remainder parcel identified on TPM 36273 to create two additional lots intended for a total of 150 new units. To date, the applicant has completed 253 units. No substantial changes have occurred with respect to the circumstances under which the project is being undertaken. The proposed project does not introduce any new environmental impacts beyond what was already studied in the original 2010 MND.
