Resolution adoption to utilize the services of the County of Los
Angeles Department of Public Works through the City of Long Beach General Services Agreement 36907. The resolution will allow the Port to utilize the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works’ miscellaneous services on an as-needed basis to provide bridge assessments, maintenance, and address urgent repairs and potential safety issues. The City of Long Beach amended their General Services Agreement on June 4, 2024, with a new assigned agreement number of 36907. The Port is requesting a new resolution to continue utilizing the services. The resolution will be in effect through June 30, 2029, coinciding
with the expiration date of COLB GSA No. 36907.

assessments, maintenance, and to address urgent repairs and potential safety issues consists of negligible or no expansion of
existing use.
