Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number GLE-56892-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Foraker Brothers Murdock Ranch Trust. The project consists of annual removal of accumulated sediments from the area encompassed by the confluence of Howard Slough and Butte Creek for flood control purposes. It is anticipated that, in total, approximately two hundred and sixty-six (266) cubic yards of accumulated sediments will be removed over the term of the project.
