Document Description
Consider a request from the applicant with Precision Site Development, on behalf of TMobile and the property owner, Midpoint Towers LLC, for approval of an Administrative Review Permit to collocate at an existing wireless telecommunications monopine facility originally permitted under PCEL 20090313. T-Mobile proposes to extend the originally permitted 115-foot-tall stealth monopine to 125 feet. The proposal also includes installation of four (4) antennas, four (4) RRU's, two (2) cables on HEARING DATE: May 15, 2025, 2 the 10-foot extension to the existing stealth tower and two (2) radio cabinets on an eight-foot by 10-foot concrete pad with a snow roof within the existing fenced area.

The proposed project is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to provisions of Section 15305 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines and Section 18.36.070 (Class 5 – Minor alterations in land use limitations) of the Placer County Environmental Review Ordinance because a minor lot line adjustment is an exempt action under Class 5 that would not result in the creation of any new parcel. The Parcel Review Chairman will be required to make a finding to this effect.
