Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has amended Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-FRE-53614-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the California Department of Transportation. The Project would consist of activities related to new highway planting to satisfy mitigation requirements of State Route 269 Bridge: Arroyo Pasajero Improvement Project (1600-2017-0152-R4). The Project proposed to plant trees and shrubs along Los Gatos Creek. A temporary irrigation system will be installed to aid plants for three years out of a five-year plant establishment period. Amendment No.1 includes a change regarding root protector material.
