Southern California Edison (SCE) proposes the replacement of an existing deteriorated distribution pole, install one new guy-pole and replace two new existing anchors. SCE is requesting a temporary encroachment permit to access Caltrans right-of-way to complete the above-mentioned work as well as to perform associated temporary traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 72 inches, width of 24 inches and length of 2 linear feet.
