The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-TUL-61809-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Consolidated People’s Ditch Company. The Project includes activities related to the construction and operation of a new pre-cast reinforced flared concrete turnout structure within Johnson Slough to support future groundwater recharge, by diverting water to a proposed adjacent groundwater recharge basin
