Document Description
Installation of a new unmanned 90-foot high telecommunication tower and supporting ground equipment, including a back-up generator. Equipment will be contained in a 16' x 31' lease area, enclosed by a 6' tall wood fence, with one transformer located 2' northwest of the lease area on a concrete pad, one parking space, and a 3-foot-wide access path. An underground power conduit is proposed to extend approximately 580' along Jackson Street, northwest from the lease area to an existing utility pole. The project is being processed under the previous zoning code effective at the time the application was submitted in June of 2024.
