A Conditional Use Permit (PROJ-2022-00139) and Revised Reclamation Plan to continue mining
operations for an additional 50 years until Dec. 31, 2077 with a phased expansion of the Lynx Cat
Mountain Quarry from 48.2 acres to 161. 7 acres on 2 parcels and an additional 80 acres west of the
expanded quarry for crushing, screening, processing, and product stockpiling. The project also proposes
a mine depth increase from 250 ft to 500 ft below Qround surface.
