Document Description
The proposed project includes development of a performing arts theater, the AcCEL Center, and a library on the project site. The single-story. 31 ,000-square-foot performing arts theater would be located in the southeast portion of the site and would include a 60-foot-high fly space above the stage, 500 seats, and up to 15 staff, and would host approximately 60 academic and after-school events annually. The proposed project would also include construction of the single-story, 24,442-square-foot AcCEL Center, which would accommodate approximately 80 students and 20 staff and Include a shade structure, play area, basketball courts, and landscaping, as well as a two-building, approximately 12,000-square-foot library that would accommodate up to 100 occupants and 5 staff. The proJect would include a 500- space parking lot serving the performing arts theater and a 67-space parking lot serving the AcCEL Center and library, landscaping, sidewalks, installation of two photovoltaic systems, outdoor lighting, and perimeter fencing and gates. The project construction would occur in two phases: Phase 1 (AcCEL Center and library) from approximately May 2026 to June 2027 and Phase 2 (performing arts theater) from approximately January 2028 to January 2030.
