The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS- KER-59742-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, California Water Service Company.
The Project includes activities related to the replacement of the existing raw water intake structure, removal of concrete debris, installation of a temporary coffer dam to dewater the work site, temporary groundwater pumping and treatment, water diversion, vegetation removal, and habitat restoration activities.
