Document Description
The Clark Pacific Facility Expansion Project will expand the adjacent existing Clark Pacific facility through the development of up to 500,000 square feet of new industrial buildings and associated internal roadway improvements, utility improvements, parking, and landscaping. The project does not include specific development plans at this time; however, the facilities are anticipated to be similar to the existing facility, with operations consisting of prefabrication of building materials and ancillary outdoor storage of materials. Site access would be provided by way of new driveways from Clark Junction, a private road on the site’s western boundary that is owned and maintained by Clark Pacific. The project includes a General Plan Amendment redesignating the project site’s land use designation from Agriculture (AG) to Industrial (IN) and a rezone from Agricultural Intensive (A-N) to Heavy Industrial (I-H).
