Document Description
The Project consists of two components: (1) adoption of the RUHS Medical Center Master Plan to guide expansion of uses at the RUHS Medical Center through 2055; and (2) site-specific design approvals for the near-term construction and operation of the Emergency Department Expansion/Inpatient Medical Care Facility No. 1 (“EDE/IMCF No. 1”) and Medical Office Building No. 1 (“MOB No. 1”). EDE/IMCF No. 1 is proposed as a one-story building with approximately 55,000 s.f. of floor space that would accommodate approximately 56 new treatment bays. MOB No. 1 is proposed as a two-story, approximately 58,000 s.f. building that would provide outpatient services. Future Phases of the Master Plan are proposed to include two additional Inpatient Medical Care Facilities (IMCF Nos. 2 and 3), four additional Medical Office Buildings (MOB Nos. 2 through 5) and four parking structures.
