Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number BUT-57235-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sewerage Commission –
Oroville Region as represented by Mikah Salsi.
The project is limited to activities associated with the construction of a new pump station and
discharge line which will connect to an existing manhole (MH-W001) on State Route 162. Open
trenching of Ruddy Creek will be required in order to install a 10-inch sanitary sewer force main
discharge line approximately 6.5 feet under the bed of the creek. Once the discharge line is
placed, the trench will be backfilled, and gravel will be placed over the crossing.
No in-stream work will be required for the installation of the above-mentioned activities.
Construction activity will occur while the existing drainage is dry.
