The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-TUO-62946-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Tuolumne Economic Development Authority. The Project includes activities related to the construction of a new steel pipe-bridge and installation of new outlet pipe and rip-rap structure to support the conveyance of recycled water to an existing storage pond for irrigation use.
