Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-63145-R6), pursuant to Fish and
Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, the California Department of
Transportation, District 8.
The Project is limited to the modification of drainage systems and streambeds along
approximately one-half mile of SR-138. Project Activities include concrete lining of an
existing culvert, removal of an existing culvert with its headwalls, wingwalls, and cable
railings, grading of streambed, installation of a new drainage system with headwalls
and cable railings, and installation of un-grouted rock slope protection.
