The Project will construct the final segment of the City of Elk Grove’s Laguna Creek Inter-Regional Trail (LCIRT). The final segment of the trail will include a pedestrian overcrossing spanning West Stockton Boulevard, State Route 99, and East Stockton Boulevard; a multi-use trail east of the pedestrian overcrossing; and a pedestrian bridge spanning Whitehouse Creek.
