The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued Amendment 1 to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2025-LAK-56525-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jordyn Williams, MIT Farms LLC. The project includes installation of a 20-foot-long railcar bridge to cross over the stream instead of the proposed 14-foot wide and 8-foot-tall precast box culvert buried at 2-foot depth within the stream.
