Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number LAK-56525-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, MIT Farms, LLC.
The project is limited to the grading and excavation for the installation of two stream crossings at two separate locations in unnamed tributaries to Soda Creek. The first stream crossing (Culvert #1) consists of a 14-foot wide, 8-foot-tall precast box culvert (buried at 2-foot depth). The second stream crossing (Culvert #2) consists of a 48-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) driveway culvert.
