Document Description
The proposed cannabis cultivation operation includes up to 42,066 sq. ft. (0.97 acres) of cannabis canopy within three cultivation areas, two (2) 120 sq. ft. wooden storage sheds, two (2) existing on site permitted groundwater wells, four (4) employee parking spaces, including one (1) ADA space, one (1) 5,000-gallon water storage tank made of steel or fiberglass dedicated to fire suppression, and three (3) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks. The proposed outdoor cultivation area would be enclosed with 6-foot tall chain link fences, covered with privacy screen/mesh where necessary to screen the cultivation area from public view. The growing medium of the proposed outdoor cultivation area will an imported organic soil mixture in above ground beds. All water for the proposed cultivation operation would come from the existing on-site groundwater wells, and drip irrigation systems will be used to deliver irrigation water and to conserve water resources. Grading and vegetation removal will be required to create terraces on which the proposed canopy areas will be located. Living trees with a diameter of six (6) inches or greater at breast height (6-inch OBA) will not be removed.
