Document Description
Lane Engineers, Inc (applicant) is proposing to construct for operation a full-service
travel stop on approximately 14.15 acres of vacant land to the SE of the City of Susanville. The project includes a travel stop, which would provide 24-hour access to purchase gasoline, diesel, propane, electronic/travel items, snacks, and food from two fast-food restaurants, one with drive-thru. A dog park, RV dump station, bioretention basins, truck, RV and automobile parking areas and landscaping/lighting are also proposed, alonq with a 10-space overniqht RV park. Annexation into City and sewer district.
