Document Description
In order for Crestline and San Bernardino to better manage their SWP water supplies and increase water reliability to help meet water demands within their service areas, Crestline and San Bernardino have requested DWR’s approval for a Transfer Package consisting of two Agreements: (i) SWP Agreement #25033 provides for a non-permanent multi-year transfer of a portion of Crestline's State Water Project Table A water to San Bernardino, and (ii) SWP Agreement #25034 provides for a non-permanent multi-year transfer of a portion of San Bernardino's State Water Project Table A water to Crestline. The transfers under both SWP #25033 and #25034 shall be completed by December 31, 2040.
